How can I get sound back after coming back from 'Quick Hide' mode?
[+/-]
-
For those of you using Windows 2000 or XP, the way that 'Quick Hide' mode works is by lowering your volume level down to 0. The problem is that in Double Vision Version 1.0, when you restore Double Vision from
quick hide mode, the volume is still set at 0. To fix this, you will need to go into your Sound settings and raise the volume back. Double Vision 2.0 fixes the problem although it still seems
to happen in rare instances. Users running Vista and Windows 7 do not have this problem.

Why does the video player have problems playing converted DVDs?

We have done extensive testing on this issue and it seems that no Flash Video Player currently available can handle full length converted movies perfectly. You may find that the time scroller cannot be
moved and other issues that caused because the video files are so large that come from converted DVD movies. This will only improve as technology improves.
